You have a passion for logistics and working in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment, and you can work during early and the late hours of the day.
You are willing to take responsibility, be role model and down-to-earth in daily jobs, with a passion for deliver result by working with people and developing people.
You have knowledge on logistic operational key performance indicators management, and ability to analyze and plan improvement actions with close follow-up.
You well understand regulations and legislation relating to transportation, quality, health, safety and security.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE AT IKEA
Lead and manage replenishment team to complete merchandising replenishment tasks with a high quality before store opening every day.
To secure that the logistics operation procedures and follow-ups are carried out according to regulations and IKEA mandatories.
Coordinate and optimise sales location utilization to support a high efficienct replenishment operations in the store, so that result in a correct replenishment quality at the lowest possible costs.
Communicate in a clear and targeted way to build trust with different people in various situations.
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
We as a team work together to contribute to a great meeting with the customer in all sales channels by ensuring a consistently high availability of our offer, with high quality and at lowest possible total cost.
