Key Responsibility:
Horeca & General
餐饮渠道和一般事务
Development monthly & quarterly training session - target Summergate direct key customers.(20% Theories – 80 & practical program
开发日常培训项目-针对美夏目标关键客户(20%理论,80%实践)
Develop a “on the job sales program for F&B service” Line staff - supervisor – manager
开发“餐饮服务”的一线员工-主管–经理的销售工作培训计划;
Develop and actively implement a specific sales plan for nominated venue in different meal periods
开发及积极推进针对特定地点、特定餐饮时间的销售计划;
Identify, develop and implement tools which can be used for customers to confidently sell wine in general and brand specific
识别、开发销售工具,帮助客户能自信地售卖一般及特定品牌的酒水;
Analyze competitors at the working venue and establish a written report to area director
分析所在的区域的竞争对手情况,生成书面形式向区域总监汇报;
Develop a measurable sales tool with SG sales reps to monitor the implemented sales tactics and on the job training
开发销售测量工具,以监测美夏的销售人员在执行开展销售策略和在职培训的效果;
identify market needs and trends
分析市场需求及趋势
Monitors and analyses beverage list, identify products of competitive brands which could be a threat to SG brand
监测、分析市场上的饮料品种,识别那些对美夏现有品牌具有威胁的竞争品牌
Develops special sales skills which meet the needs of target market and adhere to the operating concept for the restaurant
为餐饮客户开发特殊的销售技能,以满足目标市场的需要,坚持经营理念;
Enhance the image of Summergate with our customer as a partner

Analyzing competition’s sales/promotion efforts

Develop and implement trainings modules for promoters

Execute monthly orientation trainings for regional office and specific brand training for new employees
开展所在区域每月常规的新员工入职培训及特定品牌培训;
Lead WSET L1 and Level 2 (support for Level 3) in a professional manner
以专业的态度主导WSET 1和 2 级的培训,
Translation of key wine and spirits material for sales and marketing
为销售及市场团队,就一些重要的红酒和烈酒,做好翻译的工作
Key Requirements:
职位要求
Diploma holder or above, with oversea study in wine/luxury products preferred
大专以上学历,有海外学习经验,专注在酒水/奢侈品领域尤佳;
Have sufficient wine knowledge and its culture, qualified WSET L3 holder, WSET L4 in progress is preferred.
有丰富的葡萄酒知识,了解其文化,具有WSET 3级证书,WSET L4在读中更好
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
熟练运用英语,广东话及普通话
