职位概述

    

The position is liaison between Arrow's suppliers and Arrow sales team. The main purpose of the position is to develop, grow and leverage the influential supplier relationships to negotiate competitive pricing and availability, to increase sales and gross profit dollars for all regions.

Responsibilities 职责

    

· Arrange meetings via webcast, phone or in person in order to drive and increase market share.

    

· 通过网络、电话或亲自安排会议，以推动和增加市场份额

    

· Learns quickly the process of returns, quotes, delivery, pricing and special restrictions.

    

· 快速了解退货、报价、交货、定价和特殊限制的过程

    

· Identifies manufacturing problems to resolve delivery response issues and utilizes management's help when necessary. Investigates price anomalies across all regions and works to maintain price stability.

    

· 在必要时利用管理层的帮助，识别工艺困难以解决交付问题。调查所有地区的价格异常情况，并努力保持价格稳定。

    

· Works with management to overcome obstacles within a supplier. Prioritize and adjust to changing markets, customer demands and supplier changes.

· Offers competitive solutions. Follows up with sales daily quotes.

Requirement 要求

    

· Bachelor’s degree, major Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent

    

· 本科学历，电子工程，计算机相关专业

    

· 5+ year experience including 2-3 years as product management role in semi industry

    

· 5年半导体行业工作经验，其中包括两年产品管理经验
