Job Title: Sr. Physician Education Specialist

Department: CV-Marketing-Coronary

Base: Shang Hai (preferred)

Report To: Customer Engagement and Education Manager

MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement customer engagement and education programs to help strengthen customer technical competency and demonstrate Medtronic’s partnership with customers by establishing external engagement activities according to market needs

• Develop and maintain international KOL roadshow program, explore the international KOL pool to meet business needs
• Establish strong customer relationships to help strengthen the Medtronic education branding, work closely with SBU for physician fellowship program

• Develop programs and work closely with marketing and sales team to better serve customer needs and achieve business target;

  JOB QUALIFICATION

REQUIREMENTS PREFERENCES Knowledge / Education Medical Background Preferred - A relevant Business or Science Degree, preferably in science/ medicine/ marketing/ management/training background Internal Medicine/ Cardiology Job Experience Education background preferred - At least 2 years experience in the medical industry and international companies - Experienced in sales/ marketing/ training functions for at least 2 years Skills / Competency - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic thinking and analytical skills - Presentation and influential skills - Project management capabilities - Good in both written and conversational English and Mandarin (Putonghua) - Good in PC skills
