Responsibility:
? 100% responsible for the correct production of all prep items, dressings and sauces. Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
? 100% responsible for the cost of food, avoid unessential waste.
? Order or requisition food products and other kitchen supplies needed to ensure efficient operation.
? Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
? Create a motivational environment with open and effective communication.
? Mentor and coach team to reduce turnover and retain team members.
Requirements:
1. Good English speaking;
2.Responsible, result-oriented;
3.10+ years working experience;
4.hot fan for craft beer will be perfect.
