（1）从法律专业角度参与公司有关经营活动并提出专业意见，依据法律法规及上级指示，对相关活动提供法律支持；

（2）协助上级开展公司合同管理工作，负责合同签订前的审核盖章、合同执行阶段的监控、合同履行完成后的风险评估及归档等工作；

（3）及时收集、汇编与本公司法律事务有关的各种法律法规；

（4）根据上级要求或工作需要，开展其他工作。

职位要求：

（1）全日制大学本科及以上,法学专业或英语专业；

（2）熟悉民法、商法、诉讼法等企业常用法律法规；

（3）通过大学英语六级考试，较好的英语读写水平；

（4）执行力强，能有效落实各项工作，逻辑清晰，良好的沟通与表达能力；

（5）通过司法考试优先；

（6）应届毕业生或有一至两年工作经验者，有传媒、体育行业工作经验优先；

（7）熟练掌握各项OFFICE，Word Excel PPT等软件。
