Then join us to support senior leaders in the day-to-day management of their business, which encompasses both Administrative and Organisational tasks.

Core Responsibilities 

The primary responsibility of this position is to support Marketing VP and Head of Operations on:

- Daily admin support;

- Calendar management;

- Travel management;

- Expense reimbursement;

- Meeting arrangement and meeting minutes;

- Business documentation and filing;

- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders.

 

This position will also provide logistic support to department events including

- Team building/team meeting/business meeting:

- Booking hotels and transportations;

- Coordinating the room arrangements;

- Contact window with external vendors and internal stakeholders such as procurement, finance, etc.

 

The incumbent is an integrated member within the China PA Group led by China Exe PA, to jointly and continuously improve the service level and standard, and also to back up and support each other when necessary.

The role is sitting in Marketing team and reporting to Marketing VP.

In addition, the role needs to provide administration supports to Head of Operations as well.

Do you have what it takes?

· Bachelor’s degree

· At least 5 years personal assistant experience to support senior leaders  

· Outlook is a must

· Strong communication skills.

· Proactive and reliable.

· Proficient PPT skills will be an advantage.

· Good skills in making presentations are a plus.

· English in advance
