职位描述
Main missions:
In coordination with the General Manager and the Director of Human Resources, to the definition of the human resources management strategy for the Country and implements it. Has the dual objective of meeting the specific needs of China Company, while being the guarantee of the coherence and harmonization of HR policies within the group.
Accompanies change (support individual or collective projects allowing the company to change, to evolve).
Participates in the definition and implementation of an optimal organization (structure, roles and responsibilities, transition.)
Anticipates, organizes and follows the human resources needs for the Country and may participate in the development of budgets for the headcount part.
Produces and analyzes key HR indicators
Recruitment, mobility & integration
- Oversees recruitment internally and externally: participates in the sourcing and selection and finalizes the offer.
- Validates all job wages according to the developed salary scale / subsidiary
- Establishes and coordinates the policy of integration of new hires
Skills development & training
- Defines, in collaboration with Management and Management, the training strategy and develops the training plan for the Country
Compensation & Benefits
- implements Group compensation and benefits policy, in particular by:
o Respecting the main principles of the ECOCERT recognition policy
o Developing salary grids / subsidiary
o Facilitating the annual process of increases and bonuses on objectives,
o advising managers on the salary decisions of their employees
Performance Management
- Ensures that the policy of performance evaluation (cycle, criteria) is well applied within the Country
- Advises managers on individual performance issues
- Prepares in collaboration with the managers any disciplinary actions
Labor Law / Social Relations
- Ensures the respect of social legislation
- Advises and assists managers in the application of personnel management rules and in their relations with employee representatives (if existing)
Internal communication &CSR
- Participates, in collaboration with the Group Internal Communication Department, in the development of information and communication in the Country
- is the CSR coordinator for the Country
Transverse HR projects
- Can participate, at the request of the HRD, in the development of transversal HR projects
Qualification required:
-2 years work experience in HRM, and with a proven previous experience (at least 5 years), ideally in an international company.
- Knowledge of the labor law
- Experience of recruitment
- Assertiveness, very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual English
