The Travel Coordinating Specialist (TCS) is responsible to provide day-to-day delivery of high quality written and verbal Mandarin and English language security and crisis management advice and consultancy services to travellers, expatriates and corporate security/HR/risk managers on a routine basis and in response to emergencies. The TRSC will assist in the translation and coordination of translation work of all materials from English to Mandarin and Mandarin to English.

Key Responsibilities

ü Translate and localise the global security information and advice

ü Ensuing the distribution of security alerts in Chinese

ü Operational and logistic support on Chinese incident forum in escalation

ü Monitoring and scanning, collection of Chinese centric security information worldwide

ü Production of specialized reports

ü Localisation of consulting and training materials

ü Security assistance case support

Profile:

ü Education: Bachelor or Master degree in International relations, Security, Risk Management, History, Journalism,

ü Languages: English and Mandarin

ü International experience: 1-3 years

Experience in security, research, risk management, journalism, communication: 1-3 years (nice to have)
