Industrial Engineering responsible for support production running in terms of Master data maintenance, problem solving, production set-up of new production line, quality improvement and continuous improvement. Support to define product strategy and product roadmap, work closely with sales, RD and product management to growth business, better understand product life-cycle.

- Support Certification (NEPSI, PED, CMC, etc.) application and take sub-project as required
- SAP PDR (Material Master, Variant Configurator, Bill of Materials & Routing) transfer to other factory or loading to local SAP.
- Daily production support to ensure a smooth and trouble free operation
- Set up product testing process to ensure that the product meets the requirement specification
- Responsible Change Management Process, handling of Engineering Order Change (ECN) and make changes in SAP and ensure the proper roll out of the changes in production
- Responsible for design for manufacturing and raise ECR to feeder factory or RD team to improve product quality, cost and efficiency.
- Continuous improve process with LSS tools to reduce manufacturing time, cost, improve efficiency, quality and inventory.

- A Bachelor’s degree in electronics or relative background.
- More than 3 years of working experience in a related Engineering environment. Candidates who have worked in any of the following departments like Research/Design and development, Test, quality control, Lean Manufacturing, Production engineering / Industrial engineering, Technical Support & Product management.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Work and Power point, (Projects is advantageous).
- Proficient with SAP BOM and material creation (basically SAP MM/PP modules) and some skilled user of CAD - ProEngineer or AutoCAD.
- Fluent English speaking and good in writing and strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal & organizational skills and taking responsibility, ownership and make decision with risk.
- Ability to work in groups or be self-motivated and to be an effective contributor when working in multi-cultural team.
