• Responsible for FACS Aria III instrument maintenance and optimization, and hands-on user support for both flow cytometry cell sorting and data acquisition.
• Maintain adherent and suspension cell lines and managing cell bank.
• Manage the daily operation of the laboratory, including but not be limited to: supply and reagent ordering, general reagent/sample accessioning, lab organization, lab maintenance, stocking, supply inventory, freezer inventory.
• Oversee the daily activities of the lab instruments including contacting vendors for calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and any other requested research assistance.
• Manage safe laboratory practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above with minimum of two (2) years biology laboratory experience
• FACS sorting and analysis experience required
• Proven experience and strong working knowledge of mammalian cell culture.
• Expertise in inventory management and general organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
