职位描述

环球银行金融电信协会是一家金融同业合作组织,为全球210多个国家和地区的10,000多家银行、证券业金融机构和企业用户提供通信平台、产品和服务。我们正在招聘客户管理专员支持我们在国内所提供的服务。
 
Your responsibilities will be to:

Validate, input and process customer requests / sales contracts, timely and accurately using the appropriate applications.
Resolve and document customer inquiries regarding the status of their request for products and services in a timely, efficient and professional manner in accordance with the service level agreement, key performance indicators and escalation procedures. Liaise with customers, team members and other departments in order to resolve most of the customers' administrative problems and queries.
Ensure customer information is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide support to the account management process by pointing to products and services corresponding to the customer needs.
Identify opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures or tools.
Interface with internal functions to ensure compliance in the delivery of products and services.
Provide highest quality customer services and support in compliance with all internal and external procedures.
Acquire operational, process and product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and problems.
May assist in commercial projects by preparing reports/statistics, presentations, schedules/planning.
Additional responsibilities:
Perform reception duties (such as issuing access badges, managing switchboard)
Provide administration services to the local office (such as managing office facilitates, liaising with vendors/suppliers and events logistics)


Qualification:

A university degree
Fluency in English (oral and written)
Personal drive and eagerness to learn
Quality orientation with attention to details
Some experience in customer relationship environment preferably in sizable multinational corporations
