一、任职条件Working requirement& qualification

    

1、教育背景：临床医学专业，本科以上学历，一定的英文沟通能力。

    

2、工作经验：三年以上皮肤科、皮肤激光临床经验。

    

3、知识/技能：熟悉公司产品及竞争产品情况，有深厚的行业背景。了解品牌定位、形象建设、产品推广和管理维护的内容及业务流程。

    

4、素质要求：

    

具有较强的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力、公关能力；对市场具有敏锐的判断力；有进取意识，并善于创新。具备在压力下出色完成工作的能力，能适应经常出差。

    

5、工作地点：北京、上海、广州

    

二、职位职责Job Responsibilities

    

1、负责客户的临床应用培训及公司的产品培训。

    

2、负责客户的临床培训和培训中心的管理和建设。包括设备操作，临床参数选择。针对内部销售人员进行产品培训；

    

3、负责各类培训活动的策划与组织；包括国内外大型会议及省级学术会议的组织、安排和执行。

    

4、市场及销售活动支持,各种学术会议中产品介绍,演示,演讲等；

    

5、其他上级经理交办的事项。
