The Operational Excellence Project Manager is responsible for initiating and managing Supply Chain projects across Greater China, including but not limit to: Operational excellence, Performance Measurement and Improvement, Supply Chain Improvement projects, Governance & Control, Quality enhancement, 3PL management, etc

 

Assist SC Sr. director to develop and implement an integrated Supply Chain strategy in order to best support a sustainable fast growing business in Gr. China.

 

Drive to deliver a satisfactory and cost effective operation performance across all the teams within Supply Chain department - Planning, Customer Service, IE operation, Warehouse & Distribution, and instrument management. Implement operation best practice and achieve continuous optimization.

 

This role will interface not only with all the teams within Supply Chain Department, but also all the other Functions and Bus, like Legal, Indirect Sourcing, RAQA, Finance, Compliance, etc. In addition, will also collaborate with Regional & Global SC teams.
