• Design pricing model for Sandoz products and maintain pricing scheme to make sure all the consistency of pricing for Sandoz products
• Review and approve distributor contracts in terms of price, volume target setting, commercial terms, etc.
• Validate and review the service fee calculation
• Set up the Gx team demand forecast process; lead team discussion for Gx demand change; design and use the dashboard for demand review to drive effective and efficient discussion with Gx BU sales; work closely with SCM to ensure clear communication of supply status and change of demand
• Work closely with SCM / Finance on CN tender preparation in terms of stock
• Calculate and closely monitor SiT level of Sandoz products to ensure SiT days in line with SOP requirement
• Collect monthly shipment plan and arrange shipment properly
• Collaborate with BPA / Marketing to allocate Gx team cost budget, and monitor the spending to ensure reasonable level of TFC
• Work with SFE to set up KPI for distributors and design actual tracking for DP performance tracking
• Support Gx team business review in data preparation (MTD, YTD performance), distributor performance analysis, etc.
• SP3 compliance
