工作职责：
1、 根据公司制定的薪酬福利计划，每月在规定发薪日前完成薪资奖金计算、个调税计算，并发放；
2、 每月按时计算和缴纳社保、住房公积金；
3、 负责实施其他员工福利，如节日福利、体检等；
4、 负责考勤管理；
5、 统计各项人事数据报表（包括工资总额，奖金总额等），统计各项业绩报表，并做好分成本分析；
6、 薪资福利相关资料整理归档；
7、 执行部门领导安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟悉当地的劳动法规，做事细致负责，对数字敏感，计算能力强；
3、 良好的沟通技巧、谈判技巧、问题分析处理能力；
4、具有团队精神和服务意识；
