MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Analysis & Reporting:

1.      Consolidation of key business metrics including by channel classification andkey item sales, POS traffic & productivity, conversion analysis, consumer database growth and behavior, marketing programs such as online search, content, and eCRM programs (segmentation) and performance

2.      Monthly sales & marketing reports consolidation and circulate to internal & external partners

3.      Analyze of overall market trends and competitor case studies

Product Registration:

1.      Manage product HP applications based on yearly calendar, raise registration applications to registration agency

2.      Manage registration sample importation and shipment to related parties

3.      Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly registration reports, sending correspondence with updates to related parties

4.      Day to day contact for distributor & registration agency to ensure HP status and related product importation

Manage PO Applications & Status Tracking:

1.      Raise PO based on monthly calendar

2.      Keep track and update monthly PO reports, sending correspondence with updates to related parties

3.      Contact with vendors for invoice collection & finance team for account payable  

Marketing Activities Support:

1.  Promotion activities preparation & execution

2.  Support daily operation & marketing business needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.      Minimum 1 year+ experience at marketing division for luxury and prestige beauty brand

2.      Background in product management &analytics a plus

3.      Strong in Reporting related Microsoft Office programs, specializing in PowerPoint and Excel

4.      Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral

5.      Excellent organizational skills
