This job is to demonstrate the application performance of flavours in different beverage applications, and to support the business unit to provide our clients with the best technical services.

          

    Responsibility 

    ·         Develop & improve application formulations based on industrial standards, country specific requirements and client requirement. 25% 

    ·          Evaluate the flavors, understand flavor performance in different beverage products and select the best flavours into the bank 20%

    ·         Establish strong relationship with our customers, and provide good technical support  20% 

    ·         Work in a close collaboration with account managers, flavorist, marketing, sensory and other departments for project execution.  20% 

    ·          Administrate internal system/tasks related to projects briefs, and share knowledge with the team 10%

    ·         Understand China food and beverage market, generate new ideas and constantly show to our customers 5%

    

Required Skills:

    3. Technical skills

    ·         Is good at developing and modifying formula for different beverages

    ·         Is good at evaluating and applying flavors in all beverages

    ·         has knowledge in beverage manufacturing process

    ·         Can provide solid solutions when customer raise questions or have problems

        

    Required experience:

    ·         BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science or related disciplines.

    ·         Min. 8 year experience in food, pharmaceutical, ingredient or flavor and minimum 3 years in the specific field of expertise.

    ·         Self-starter and able to work in a cross functional team environment.

    ·         Positive working attitude
