岗位职责：

1. 负责区域性市场分析，开拓目标市场，做好直客的开发与管理；
2. 负责区域空运、海运方面新业务的拓展与开发；
3. 具备独自揽货和开发市场的能力，有效完成公司指定的个人业绩指标；
4. 制定自己的销售计划，并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户；
5. 负责个人销售计划的分解、落实，并进行跟踪与评估；
6. 其他相关职责

                            

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，优秀者可放宽至大专学历，物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业；
2. 具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
3. 良好的销售技巧和表达能力，能积极进取、自我激励；
4. 货代行业工作经验3年以上，优秀者可适当放宽，具体依据个人能力面试评估；
5. 具有Global公司工作经验和区域性大客户开发管理经验优先；
6. 具有较强的客户服务意识和责任心，沟通能力强，注重团队合作，并能够承受一定压力。
