Operational Responsibilities include:
    End user support
 

• Act as an focal point in China (SIT, FAFC, BJ, etc) for end user services including, printer support, laptop deployment, etc. Monitor day-to-day IT operations and resolve incidents/issue in a timely manner
• Responsible for PC Renewal for China, including the PC leasing, PC request process (EUPS) and PCR etc.
• Work closely with Executive Support team in delivering solutions to executive level management and senior level management
• Works with sponsors, key stakeholders, and global teams to support the deployment of global services,processes, technologies, and applications.

    Collaboration
 

• 2nd level Support end user mobility solutions for the China office including in-market joint ventures as needed
• Responsible for ensuring regional/global meetings are held successfully (Townhall meetings, executive market reviews, etc.)

    Compliance
 

• Support annual audits (Software/Assets/Process/etc) in Shanghai. Prepare supporting documents and evidences as needed.
• Responsible for IT security and control activities for Shanghai locations.  Ensure that proper controls are met, audited, and implemented.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and related training plans for Shanghai deskside support management

    Others
 

• Preparation of financial forecast data for review with his/her supervisors/managers
• Interacts with suppliers for the execution of IT services.
• Involved in various project implementation with multiple skills team as needed.
• Travel as needed (Beijing, Changshu, Guangzhou etc)
• OT as needed
• Other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field is preferred
3 or more years of solid experience in IT Operations

• Solid experience in maintaining/managing end user computing solutions (e.g. computers, printers, telephony, mobile solutions)
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Familiarity in ITIL and ITSM concepts and practices
• Knowledge in formal problem analysis and process improvement methodologies preferred
• Experience in supporting executive level organizations is preferred
• Familiarity in security reviews and/or audit support
• Knowledge in asset management is required
• High sense of integrity and professional work ethics
• Customer-centric when delivering requirements and solutions
• Flexible and open to change
• Problem solver with a constant mindset of innovation and process improvement
• Ability to communicate and work with diverse teams in high-pressure situations
• Capable of working in a culturally diverse environment
• Any IT related certification would be a plus
