Job Description

1. Responsibilities of product portfolio management

- Definition and implementation of regional Product Management targets

- Product life cycle management

- Strategic alignment with BU for the product segment

- Transfer the market knowhow and demand of the local market to the int. PRM in order to request the BU to develop suitable products

2. Identify the new business opportunity to fulfill growth plan

- Analysis skills (market / competitor / channel)

- Cross function communication skills

- Multi task management skills

3. Responsible for product marketing

- Price positioning strategy

- Product promotion strategy

- Product go to market planning & execution

- Prepare product launch documents, including brochures, product USP, presentations, sales information, computer animations/videos, etc.

4. Responsible for project management

- Derivation of customer insight and product ideas

- TTM member for lead countries and performer of TTM projects and Project Leading when 90% of the work packages are market related

- Market Launch Process within the TTM process

Roles and Responsibilities

- National market observation and technology trend Identification

- Analysis of national competitors; set-up and update competitor database

- Evaluation of market potential for new products

- Planning and execution of field tests and product certification

- National strategic product portfolio requirements and product roadmap preparation

- Product phase in and phase out

- TTM member for related tasks

- Preparation of documents and activities to support the products sales (brochures, presentations, sales information, computer animations/videos, etc.)

- Price management and pricing strategy


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering / marketing, MBA is plus

- 3-5 years working experience in electrical home appliance related industry or HVAC industry

- Engineering or product marketing related

- Excellent working record.

- Excellent cross-function communication skills

- Excellent market analysis skills

- Good willingness to learn

- Good presentation skills (PPT, story- telling.)

- Fluent in English

- Willingness to travel frequently

Desirable

-Have experience in air conditioning or water heater industry is preferred.

-IoT project experience is preferred

-Project management experience is preferred.

-Cross function working experience is preferred (e.g. Pre-sales / marketing communication etc.).
