【岗位描述】
1. 以专业学习顾问的角色与已付费学员保持良好的、周期性的沟通，为学员提供学习的支持和帮助；
2. 课程周期内督促学员及时、准时学习相应课程；
3. 了解学员英语水平情况及诉求，有效管理学员的学习进度和学习效果；
4. 适时提醒并推动学员续费，提高客户满意度和忠诚度，保持良性续费频率，从而达成个人任务指标。

【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 大学英语四级及以上英语水平；
3. 求职目标明确；
4. 具备较强的上进心、责任心、抗压能力强；
5. 具有积极主动的服务意识及良好的沟通学习能力；
6. 能够完成领导临时安排的工作任务。

【薪资福利】
1.无责底薪4000-10000 + 业绩提成 +奖金+交通补贴+房补
2.前三个月保底薪资6000，前三月房补每月300
3. .岗位及薪资每两个月一晋升，提供不同方向人才培养机制：
a 销售管理方向（可担任管理职位，晋升体制：课程顾问 销售主管 销售经理 销售总监）
b.销售专家方向（可提高底薪及提成点、获得公司股权）

Zhiliaoyucai (Beijing) technology co. LTD., Ltd is the first one works on online English education for children and provides foreign teachers at real time in China.
