HR Manager

Job descriptions：

1 Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and

evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and

practices

2 Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for

all positions

3 Support organization by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program;

counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit

interviews; and recommending changes

4 Recruit, interview, and selects employees to fill vacant positions

5 Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward

Company goals

6 Design and implement a performance management and review program to ensure

effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization

7 Design and implement training program for staff

8 Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues

9 Prepare budget of human resources operations

10  Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary

employees, search firms, or relocation services

11 Work closely with other teams to participate in any other new initiatives as directed

or required by the organization

Qualifications:

1 Bachelor’s degree

2 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles

3  Experience in recruitment of medical staff is a plus
