职位描述
岗位职责：
1：统筹管理工作计划相关工作任务，统筹管理管理出效益、会议管理相关工作任务，统筹管理资质证照相关工作任务，统筹管理公司宣传相关工作任务，统筹管理总经理工作部部门内其他工作。
2：负责公司资质相关的资源开拓与维护，收集相关信息，高效地完成公司资质办理或资质升级工作，完成分管部门的月度及年度各项管理类报表的编制、审核及提交工作，编制其分管部门支出经费台账；
3：负责部门间的沟通与协调工作，组织、收集部门的相关信息，协助上级领导完成沟通联络工作，对各部门上报上级领导审批的文件进行预审核并报上级领导审批，并负责下发各部门，根据公司要求，负责各类文件及资料的撰写、编辑、整理及存档。
4、通过各种渠道了解公司各部门管理情况，发现管理中的问题与风险，并提供建议。
任职资格：
1、 熟悉一般公文写作格式，符合行文要求；
2、 能抓住要点，并加以归纳整理；
3、 具有较强的文字表达能力，言简单意赅，行文流畅；
4、 熟悉电力行业相关资质的办理政策；
5、 能熟练使用各种相关的专业软件，熟悉公司各项管理模式和管理方法。
6、本科及以上，行政管理、企业管理、法务、工商管理等相关专业，有上市公司背景优先。
