职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Administration of HR services to the Asia Regional Office
Compensation Administration:
· Process payroll for the Asia regional office associates.
· Process all salary changes due to merit increases, promotions, or range adjustments. Ensure that all necessary documents have been received, information accurately entered into the computer data base, and processed in Payroll.
· Maintain Human Resources data base, and provide reports to managers as needed.
· Coordinate GME and local BU salary and benefits surveys throughout the year. Assist with analyzing data and recommending changes to salary ranges. Maintain salary range information and records.
Benefits Administration:
· Coordinate the benefit administration for foreigner and local associates for the Asia regional office associates.
· Answer routine benefits questions for managers and associates, as well as assist with problem solving. Act as a liaison between associates and insurance carriers to resolve problems and clarify benefits.
· Ensure that all necessary forms and documentation are completed for all related statutory and provide programs. Ensure that all parties are kept informed, and that proper follow up is conducted.
· Assist with annual benefits renewals, including the negotiations and necessary enrollment procedures with related agencies.
· Coordinate new associate on-boarding and orientations, ensuring the program is completed with proper documentation.
· Coordinate departing associate exit process, notifying necessary health/insurance providers, ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed and returned.
2) Coordination of HR activities/reports for Global/GME/Local BU HR teams
Reports and Governance:
· Consolidate HR reports. Actively follow-up and clarify with HRBP to ensure meeting timelines and data accuracy. Proactively identifying and recommending improvements to the reporting processes to improve data analysis and output.
· Coordinate the preparation and governance of monthly calls with Asia HR team to ensure objectives/outputs are met and action registers are completed and maintained.
· Liaise with Global HR on key initiative support.
3) Regional System Administrator for HRIS system AC
· Provide Training and technical support for local Admin to improve their capabilities and guide/resolve issue resolutions.
· Coordinate and generate Reports and provide analytics to support management decisions and drive execution of people priorities.
· Assume ownership of System Admin Responsibilities post Launch including Configuration, Security, Workflow and Custom Reporting.
· Provide System Admin Support documentation for knowledge transfer
· 5 years of experience working in HR, compensation, or benefits is required.
· Experience in implementing and administration of an Global HRIS system is a must.
· Must be detail oriented, extremely accurate, good execution and follow up skills and meet deadlines.
· Strong inter-personal relationship skills and problem solving skills are required.
· Strong math and statistics skills needed.
· Good English skills and sensitivity to work with different cultures and time zones.
· Good PC skills using Microsoft Office and other common personnel tracking data bases is necessary. Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills are added advantage.
