Support
Clienteling & Loyalty Manager to all the activities of Clienteling &
Loyalty Department, as well as to spreading the Client culture within the local
teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Support corporate
strategy to initiate, plan and execute assigned programs for CRM functions by
project base, including optimization of in-store activities / animations,
recruitment on new customer, etc.
· Assist to design and execution of the
CRM events, for instance, collection preview, shopping mall event etc., and other
cross-functional CRM projects.
·
Work closely with
all departments, especially with the retail stores to ensure the programs work
effectively and efficiently.
·
Manage CRM System
and plan customer communications based on the data analysis.
·
Manage in-store
clienteling tools by supporting in-store CRM activities, such as in-store
stationary, catalogues and new CELINE iPad application.
·
Consistently
monitor and report on the project progress to line manager and assist in issues
resolution as necessary.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s degree
or above.
·
Minimum 2-3 years
of relevant CRM experience, ideally from retail industry/event agency, with a
sound understanding and experience of luxury retails.
·
Capable in
planning, coordination and implementation.
·
Strong execution and
organization ability to deliver the CRM strategies and actions.
·
Marketing /
Creative profile with very good communication skills
·
Excellent presentation
skills in Mandarin & English.
