岗位职责：

负责所辖区域动物房的日常管理工作：

1、制定各项操作规程、培训计划并监督执行；

2、动物饲育管理、动物实验、洗消、设备维护；

3、人员招聘、日常操作技能培训及考核；

4、负责日常耗材管理工作；

5、对人员、动物及设施安全及客户满意度负责，此项将作为是否能胜任此岗位的重要考核依据。

任职要求：

1、教育背景：生物医药、动物医学相关专业本科以上；

2、具备相关行业上岗证；

3、5年以上相关工作经验，2年以上管理经验；有过实验动物中心服务经验、净化工程施工现场的施工管理经验优先；

4、忠于职守，爱岗敬业；具有很强的服务意识，协调沟通能力。
