职位描述
【岗位职责】
1. 根据公司的销售和市场策略设定区域的销售目标,并达成对应的放款数和KPI。监控经销商的业务情况,包括融资和非融资的状况,日常操作,异常情况,管理层变化和报告;通过对经销商业务需求分析,维护长期的伙伴关系,建立公司与经销商的有效沟通,确保其对服务的满意。通过经销商和协力会的合作,在不同的市场推进市场营销计划。
Target achieving for funding and KPI. Responsible for making contribution to the Company's Sales and Marketing strategy implementation and eventually sales targets set for the territory.Monitor dealer’s performance in terms of financial and non-financial status, operation, abnormal situation, management change and report; Maintain long-term partnership relation with dealers through identifying dealer's business needs, liaison between dealers and company, ensuring satisfacotry service. Implementation and coordination of different marketing promotional programs with dealers and local dealer association.
2. 对区域的库存融资业务进行维护和拓展,通过经销商基地模式,经销商金融顾问的设立及车辆产权证的管理,对零售信贷业务和库存融资业务的申请进行很好的管理。并通过持续的培训,规律的资产评估和反馈机制,提升经销商的销售员和金融顾问销售金融产品的能力。
Wholesale acquisition and retention for the territory. Well manage the quality of applications in terms of retail and wholesale portfolio through DBM, DFC setting, Greenbook management etc. Improve dealer sales and DFC selling skills in financial products by training & regular assessment and feedback process.
3. 解释库存融资使用情况和零售信贷产品的相关政策,根据经销商的库存情况确定融资额度并跟进经销商的申请进度。
Explain wholesale scheme and retail products along with related policies, identify dealer’s inventory financing needs and follow-up with dealers’ applications.
4. 协助进行业务区域发展和车辆管理,主要包括抵押登记安排,交管局备案、直租车辆的管理和其他临时工作安排。
Provide assistance in area development and vehicle management, mainly including lien registration arrangement, high way bureau registration, direct leasing vehicle management and other ad-hoc assignment.
5. 改善:持续在日常销售工作,流程,执行和经销商管理进行改善。
Kaizen: continuously improvements in daily sales operation, process, execution, and dealer management.
6. 公司交办的其他事宜。
Other matters assigned by the company
7.因工作需要,员工应根据公司安排到国内/外出差。

【任职条件】
●金融,银行,企业管理等专业大专/本科以上学历
Collegue/Bachelor degree or above in finance, banking, and business administration
●至少3年/5年金融管理,市场或汽车销售管理经验
Minimum 3 years/5 years experiences in finance management, marketing or automobile sales management
●具有建立良好人际关系的技能
Establish good interpersonal skills.
●优先考虑具有团队管理经验的候选人(主管)
Prior to the candidate who have team managementg experience(Supervisor)
●具有基本/流利的英语沟通技能
Basic English skills both in writing and reading/Fluent in English.
●有驾驶执照
Driver license holder
●可接受频繁出差
Can accept frequent business trip
