Quality service by Supplier Development Team ( Job 7) mainly covers the following areas: Audit, Training, APQP/PPAP/Project Management, Performance Improvement, Risk Supplier Management.

    

    

Tasks:

    

？         Business Development

    

o          Work together with sales team during whole opportunity to order process

    

o          Customer relationship management

    

o          Build up professional proposal to address customer issues

    

？         Project Management

    

o          Allocate resource to ensure project delivery

    

o          Supervising the performance of the consultants/engineers

    

o          Drive customer satisfaction improvement

    

o          Ensure payment in due time

    

？         People Management

    

o          Recruitment, training and people development

    

o          Set up objective and manage team performance

    

？         AOB

    

o          Other tasks assigned by line manager.

    

    

    

Requirements:
