Java高级工程师基本要求：

1. 计算机科学与技术、数学与应用数学、物理学等相关专业，全日制本科以上学历；

2. 从事软件开发工作5年以上，担任一线程序员3年以上，优秀者可以适当放宽条件；

3. 具有良好的数学、算法功底，严谨的技术思维，优秀的程序设计能力，高效的学习能力；

4. 良好的英文阅读、写作能力，精湛的编码能力；

5. 熟悉常用编程语言，熟悉常用技术架构，熟悉OOP/OOD方法，熟悉动态语言开发技术，熟悉常见数据结构，熟悉常用算法；

6. 品德良好、团结同事、大度真诚、积极进取、善于学习、勇于负责。

必须具备的技能：

1. OOP/OOD程序设计能力；

2. Java Swing程序开发熟练；

3. 熟练使用 NetBeans，熟练掌握调试、追踪方法；

4. 熟练使用各种Java集合类；

5. 阅读过JDK、Tomcat等常见组件源码；

6. 能够运用准确的语言进行算法陈述，具备公式、图表、算法、代码忠实互转能力；

7. 熟悉SQL常规CRUD操作，熟悉主外键、索引、触发器，熟练掌握算法复杂度评估技能，熟练掌握SQL数据库语句优化、结构优化技能；

8. 以下技能应至少具备一项：

1) 熟练掌握Java图像处理技能和常用图像算法，熟悉图像变换数学原理；

2) 熟悉 DICOM 协议、dcm4che组件使用方法。

核心要求如下

1.熟悉 DICOM 3.0协议、dcm4che组件使用方法

2.还要有PACS背景的开发经验.医疗映像开发经验是必要条件。
