1. General job description

SiFive is looking for a BD manager who is passionate about developing the business for our visual intelligence solution for all kinds of consumer electronics products. Join the most talented team who can build the best RISC-V CPU cores and the most versatile SoCs to provide the best visual experience.

2. The Chanllenge

• Conduct market research to identify the TAM, SAM, opportunities size, growth, and key players
• Establish personal relationship with customers, design partners and manufacturing partners in the ecosystem
• Collaborate with product manager at the HQ to deliver regional customers’ needs including but not limited to product definition, product roadmap, and GTM plan
• Survey competitors’ solutions to position SiFive products in the region
• Work with Sales to sell the product and measure your results by maximizing the revenue

• The passion and the experience of driving successful products in major markets
• The insights of the market dynamics in order to establish a solid business plan for execution
• The desire to learn new technology and new customers demands in the fast paced market

4.Nice to have

• The capacity of engaging in technical discussions in signal processing, computer architecture, semiconductor process, operating systems, and cloud
• Experience of working with tier-1 customers in consumer electronics such as Xiaomi, Greely, Midea，Dahuatech, Hivision，Artomers in consumer electronics such as Xiaomi, Greely, Midea，Dahuatech, Hivision，Arcsoft, Sense Time，Face++,vivo, oppo, etc.
• Experience of leading a productive team in a fast paced market

5.Education/ Length of experience

Minimum 7 years of work experience in EE or Chip related industry
