职位描述
A Recruitment Task
Conduct job brief meeting with hiring manager to clearly understand business requirement and translate all requirements into searching criteria and scoring cards
Conduct candidate sourcing via different channels including job site, social media, network and agencies
Screen incoming CVs and conduct telephone/F2F interviews to generate shortlists
Maintain good relationship with all ongoing/potential candidates with high professionalism and service-level
Discuss with hiring manager to draw hiring decision, provide appropriate consultancy on people evaluation/talent market intelligence when necessary
Make offer proposal based on comprehensive consideration of talent attraction, internal equity and cost control topic
Deliver the offer proposal and negotiate with candidate, jointly work with business department when necessary
B Recruitment Project Support
Maintain good relationship with local universities/schools and provide local support to campus hiring project
Provide local support to WeChat hiring project
Support on recruitment data analysis project and other recruitment excellent projects lead by Central
