Resonsibility

1. Leading a team of HELLA Purchasing Excellence Employees and Steer PU Master Data Team for the region ASIA.
   
2. BPM HELLA Corporate Purchasing Processes: Global alignment of standards and local implementation, training and 1st lvl support of processes.
   
3. HELLA Purchasing Tools: coordinate and support local administration and drive deviation management incl. change requests.
   
4. Increasing the acceptance and knowledge of HELLA global standards in purchasing organization in region ASIA via training, monitoring and identification of local PU needs.
   
5. Accompanying the implementation and rollout of new or adjusted processes and systems.
   
6. Monitor and reporting of SAP MM standards and PU-tool content or output for the region of ASIA.
   
7. Serve as a connecting part between IT, FI and PU and drive business internal topics on the behalf of PU needs.
   
8. Secure the audit and compliance ability of HELLA PU tools and processes for the region of ASIA.
   
9. Coordinate and process SAP MM Failure reporting and correction in ASIA Systems.
   
10. Secure permanent information and strategy exchange between PCC Headquarter, PCC-HRO and PCC-HCCC.
    
11. Identify local / global improvement potential of operative and strategic topics.
    
12. Identify and understand the differences between global given strategies and local needs of PU and bridge between these topics.
    
13. Report directly to CPO ASIA (organizational) and Global HEAD of PCC (functional)
    

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above education background
  
• More than 5-10 years working experience in Purchasing function, Auto industry experience is a plus
  
• Enthusiasm in leading people
  
• Keen in developing and aligning and implementing (given) strategies on an international scale
  
• Enthusiasm in driving strategic topics inner purchasing
  
• Keen in international alignment and acceptance of given global stategies
  
• Experienced team manager
  
• Familiar with purchasing process & system, experienced in continuous improvement project and SAP MM
  
• Excellent communication and influencing skill in both Chinese and English (German is a plus)
