The Associate will be based in Aon Hewitt Guangzhou or Shenzhen office and be heavily involved in the development of our performance & Talent project in the South China market.

Responsibilities:

? Plays a critical role in middle to large scale client project delivery;

? Be able to articulate various human resources solutions and best practices to clients;

? Be able to identify client needs and provide consultation around solution mix;

? Transfers knowledge and skills to clients and establish excellent client relationships.

? Bachelor degree, post-graduate degreepreferred;

? 3 - 5 years of relevant industry or consulting experience;

? In-depth content knowledge about human resources management;

? Has a good understanding of the business operations and HR practices in MNCs and Chinese companies;

? Excellent analytical skills and communication skills;

? High proficiency in English writing and speaking;

? Customer oriented;

? Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties.
