职位描述
? Deliver the lead generation and nurturing targets (MQL, Opps A, Opps B, and related conversion rates) to drive the sector business objectives in the defined geography
? Localise global marketing strategy into a local marketing plan for defined territory and drive execution in time and budget.
? Execute global and local pipeline acceleration, qualifying and nurturing programs in collaboration with sales, sector and global marketing teams
? Provide ongoing, accurate pipeline and forecast reports to the Global Director of Field Marketing & Inside Sales and local commercial leader
? Work with global marketing teams to ensure all service-level agreements (SLAs) related to lead management are met
? Execute within given budget, maximising ROI
? Capture market, segment and customer insights to support both NVI and demand generation program development.
? Lead the local field marketing and inside sales team (if applicable), actively developing the team using performance and talent development tools (PDR, OCR)
? Proactively support and comply with the Group’s policy on Code of Business Ethics and monitor the GDPR compliance for all marketing related activities in the geography.
Inside Sales (if applicable)
? Manage inside sales team ensuring productivity and quality standards to effectively and efficiently drive demand generation (prospecting, qualifying, nurturing)
? Ensure team accurately captures and reports account and opportunity information within the sales force automation (SFA) system
? Work with sales teams to monitor the handoffs of leads and opportunities to sales
Field Marketing
? Efficiently and effectively execute global and local marketing programs for both direct and indirect channels
? Forecast, measure, analyse and report on impact of variety of marketing programs and tactics such as events, webinars, email campaigns e.a.
? Enable the commercial teams to drive incremental sales productivity thru effective sales enablement programs in collaboration with product/application specialists.
? Execute (global) consumer marketing plans and account based marketing plans in collaboration with local sales, service and application teams.
? Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
任职资格:
? 5 or more years developing and executing lead generation and nurture programs in a b-t-b environment
? Proven track record in modern demand generation processes and metrics in b-to-b environment
? Experienced in delivering data-driven marketing strategy, planning and budget allocation
? Ability to effectively communicate to multiple stakeholders at a local, regional and global scale
? Has managed teams, accustomed to performance management and talent development
? Experience in working with Salesforce suite is a pre
Qualifications
? BA or BS required, Master’s Degree or MBA are preferred
? Up-to-date knowledge on trends and developments in B-to-B marketing
? Fluent in English and territory main language
