PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

·        System skid design, create and/or modify related documentation – SOPs, BOM, drawings.  

·        Lead workshop FAT for system skid, standardize the FAT process & documentation.  

·        Design and implement fixtures, tools/tooling, and shop aids to improve production processes and ensure a safe working environment

·        Organize and coordinate inside operation area and other supportive functions to analyze the deviation based on target, meanwhile define the measures accordingly and take the timely tracking

·        Provide guidance to production supervision and coordinate with Design Engineering to solve production problems.

·        Participate in new production line design and processes

   

SKILLS

·        Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable and well organized   

·        Strong problem solving and analytical skills 

·        Fluent in both spoken & writing English

·        Basic PC skills, including experience using MS Word, Excel or equivalent. 

·        Familiarity with the use of CAD systems

·        Operational Excellence/Lean/ Six Sigma practices is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·        Bachelor or above degrees preferred with industry / engineering or relevant majors.  

·        At least 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing company.
