JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cash management: ensure enough cash positions and ensure the safety of fund, maintain cash receipt log
• Arrange payments to domestic and foreign suppliers
• Maintaining accounts payable information on Finance system
• Maintaining different bank accounts for different sub-companies
• Arrange reimbursements to staffs
• Bank reconciliation
• Filing vouchers
• Other work related.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor degree in accounting or other related major

- Related accounting certificate

- 2-3year’s similar working experience preferable

- Good command of English, both verbal and written

- Familiar with finance and office software, ERP or SAP experience is better.

- Be proactive and a team player
