Job Summary

• System management

- Data system management via coordination with channel management team, maintain various master data including hospital, product, assignment, etc.

- Build up sales reports and dashboard to meet user’s requirements.

• Monitor and guidance
• Prepare monthly business analysis report, find out abnormal data and give early warning.
• Coordinate the data monitoring and analysis of various products to meet marketing activities.
• Provide regular system training or intelligence updates to sales team and business partner.
• Timely business trip to promote and get users’ feedbacks on data management.
• Sales performance evaluation

- In charge of incentive and award management, assist in accomplishing territory assignment, target setting and incentive design.

- Timely evaluate sales performance.

Education/ Experience Requirements

§ Bachelor degree or above in statistics, applied mathematics or related sciences.

§ Computer skills and be proficient with programming software SAS, SPSS.

§ Good at written and oral in English.
