Roles and Responsibilities/岗位职责：

• Lead and manage in-house project teams in pitching and producing events, exhibitions and installations for BAT clients.
• Manage the development, scripting and presentation of creative proposals.
• Ensure clear communication to the client throughout the project production process regarding roles and responsibilities, budget, schedules and program status.
• Project budget creation & management.
• 领导和管理内部项目团队，为互联网客户竞标并执行活动、展览等。
• 管理创意提案的提出，撰写和演示。
• 确保在整个项目生产过程中与客户进行清晰的沟通，进行合理的人员配置，把控预算、进度和项目状态。
• 创建及管理项目预算。

Qualification Requirements/任职要求：

• College degree and 5+ years event experience for BAT clients.
• International events experience.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of working to tight deadlines.
• Capable of working in high pressure situations.
• Confident and engaging communicator and presenter.
• In-depth knowledge of technical and logistical aspects of production.
• Highly organized, with flawless attention to detail.
• Working language is Chinese, fluent English is preferred。

• 大学本科学历及以上，五年以上服务互联网客户活动经验。
• 国际性活动经验。
• 较强的项目管理，组织和沟通能力。
• 能够按时完成工作。
• 能够在高压状况下工作。
• 自信，优秀的沟通能力和表达能力。
• 对活动制作有深入的了解。
• 工作井井有条，严控细节。
• 工作语言为中文，英文良好者优先。
