Main Purpose of the Job
Services Support Manager is the head of Services Account Representative and Services Support Representative, is responsible for keeping the team running efficiently, delivering profitability, and ensuring compliance with relevant process. This includes facilitating service sales growth ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of service contracts, service coordination and customer support. In addition to key responsibilities, Services support manager need to support Service Business Leader and be the contact of Cluster Transformation to optimize the service business process.
Key Outputs and Measurements
Financial — Service business margin, Service End to Invoice
Process — Compliance to designated processes and procedures, process related KPI’s, business transaction tools adoption rate. Business Documentation management.
Managerial — Service Support Team Maturity levels for defined competences and SAR competence development

Service Business Leader, Service Directors, Service Key Account Managers, Field Service Operation, Asia Service Administration Centre organisation, Legal department, Purchasing department, end users from MC’s
Critical Experience
Min 5 years of experience. Good understanding of Customer Management process and / or Commercial framework; very good analytical skills; good knowledge of analytical tools used in Sales Management (i.e. BO, APO); good communication and presentation skills; very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Very good interpersonal skills.
Minimum Education
Minimum Bachelor degree
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the service support team by coordinating activities and planning resource with focus on quality, profitability and excellence in customer service while ensuring employee motivation and retention.
2. Lead team KPIs and take actions to reach agreed performance targets
3. Lead services sales support activities through close collaboration with Service Director and Service Key Account manager.
4. Through structured communication to promote service business with high efficiency and ensure compliance
5. Lead contract management to meet business transaction requirement and internal audit requirement
6. Drive process continuous improvement through deep cooperation with Cluster Transformation Team
7. Drive commercial practice within Market Company level
8. Lead customer related master data updates and ensures accuracy to drive transactional sales and service business
9. Provide proposal on new service transaction’s requirements with related stakeholders

Since 1979 when it first came to China, Tetra Pak has always been following a business philosophy of “growing with Chinese customers”. Tetra Pak was established in 1951 in Sweden. With its innovative tetrahedron-shaped cartons for packaging milk, which were highly hygienic and efficient in raw materials consumption, Tetra Pak had been one of the first suppliers to provide carton packaging solutions for liquid milk at that time.
