Responsibility

• Develop new methodologies using CATIA and update the manuals of the related CAD topics


• Provide series of product development relevant trainings using Catia


• Provide coaching and coordination support to design engineers comply with internal/external methods and guidelines


• Test new CAD functionalities, new CAD versions or new applications


• Implement new tools and methods in the field of CATIA to ensure and increase design efficiency and CAD data quality


• Get involved in global projects of CAD mechanical methods relevant development and roll-out, deliver and present timely results of the assigned work packages


• Complete other tasks related to daily works

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above on Mechanical Engineering, IT or similar experience


• Minimum 3-year relevant working experience (CAD/PLM or Automotive industry preferred)


• In depth knowledge and skilled at CAD system, eg. CATIA, NX, Creo etc. (Catia preferred)


• Good knowledge of PLM system is a big plus


• Excellent communication and presentation skills and collaborative behavior, including teamwork, experienced coaching, training and negotiation skills


• Good English skills in writing, reading, listening and speaking


• Good analytical skills, with problem-solving experience


• Develop continuous improvement and lessons learned opportunities for global implementation
