Job specification,

  

1、根据使用方需求确定电气专业设计合理化方案，正确解读任务书，在方案、扩初、施工图阶段，即时与客户和领导沟通并按工程节点进度计划完成电气专业设计任务。

  

2、在各设计阶段配合其他相关专业，按时给其他相关专业提供准确、合理的条件图纸，以保证全专业工作进度及工作质量。

  

3、熟悉电气专业国标及地方规范，依据现行的设计原则和设计规范，提供合理有效的设计方案。

  

4、编制及管理本专业各阶段的设计文件及相关进度。

  

5、参与本专业的设计成果评审、设计变更及全专业图纸会审。

  

6、参与现场施工技术支持、现场交底及工程验收，协助解决施工现场实际问题

  

  

Key qualification,

  

1、建筑电气工程与自动化或相关专业统招本科及以上学历。

  

2、5年以上工作经验，有设计院或工业类项目经验优先。

  

3、熟悉电气设计制图及相应规范。

  

4、熟练掌握Autocad等制图软件。了解并掌握Revit MEP等BIM软件者优先。

  

5、工作认真踏实，注重团队合作，具有较强的沟通协调能力。
