Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities/主要责任和义务                                                       

• Prepare full set of accounting vouchers via Kingdee, and complete tax filing ;                                                                可以独立完成编制凭证，报税等工作；
• Monthly financial data preparation and report for management;                                                                                  向管理层提供月度财务数据和报告；
• Support and guide Cashier’s daily work on payment checking, fapiao issue, and transaction recording etc.,            支持和指导出纳日常的支付、开具发票和交易记录等工作；
• Control daily transaction data quality and policy compliance on the result from cashier;                                               日常交易记录数据的正确性以及合规的检查；
• Prepare the bookkeeping under PRC GAAP for company，and clear AR/AP accounts and outstanding fapiao monthly;                                                                                                                                                                           按照会计准则完成每月帐务处理，每月清理往来帐户和追踪发票；
• Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annually tax declaration, including output/input VAT, EIT, stamp duty, IIT, etc.    负责月度/季度/年度税务申报，包括增值税申报、认证进项税、企业所得税、印花税和个税等等；
• Responsible for monthly fapiao application, fapiao quantity/version extension as business demands; tax issues liaise with tax bureau;                                                                                                                                                                负责发票申请、增量，以及其他税务局要求的工作 ；
• Responsible for Annual Audit and Settlement and Payment of EIT;                                                                                  负责年度审计和年度汇算清缴；
• Other tasks as assigned by management                                                                                                                        其他管理层分配的任务

Qualifications                                                                                                                                     

• Having GL experience
• 有总账经验
• Proficiency in writing English, and daily oral English is required.

• Strong sense of responsibility
