职位描述
Responsible for vehicle safety target setting and achievement, coordinating resources for project
Responsible for planning vehicle safety performance, concept and strategy, trouble shooting in development process
Responsible for training and management of safety team
Responsible for following and updating safety regulation
Responsible for writing safety performance integration technical files and process files
Bachelor degree or above on relevant background such as vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering etc.
More than 10 years experience in OEM safety performance development
More than 5 projects experience(2 projects lead) in safety development, BEV development is necessary
Familiar with simulation(crashworthiness, pedestrian protection, restraint system) and test(airbag, part/vehicle safety test)
Familiar with crash safety regulations, x-NCAP and CIASI protocols, etc.
Fluent English speaking and writing skills, German is a plus
