职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Lead the planning and implementation of test field expansion projects (new constructed or upgraded facilities).
2.Responsible for the definition of project scope,goals and deliverables.
3.Good project management skills.
4.Manage project budget and invoicing tasks in coordination with Finance Department.
5.Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Requirements:
1.>8 years in powertrain(engine/transmission)test field,or engine/vehicle development.
2.Be familiar with e-powertrain(48V/EDU/Battery)test.
3.Problem analysis and problem solution at strategic and functional level.
4.Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Project,Visio).
5.Excellent communication and listening skills in Chinese and English language,Gernan preferred.
6.With leadership and team work spirit.
