THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will play a fundamental role in communicating PHD’s proposition and positioning to the industry and clients in China and beyond. You will also serve as the coordinator on PHD growth and new business projects, with all relevant internal and external parties. 

Business Development

This role will involve pitch management, co-ordination, new business reporting, industry monitoring, prospecting and growth planning.  The role required excellent administration skills; desk research capabilities, good written communication and internal client management.

Growth planning

• Work on overall growth plan with agency senior management, and contribute as part of the global OMG business development team

• Coordinate internal management reporting and relevant external vendor relations where needed

• Manage a prospect database and work with PHD management team on growth planning

New Business Pitch management

• As a key member of the agency’s growth team, you would work closely with a client pitch team to review the client briefs and identify brand/ market/consumer dynamics to formulate a winning pitch strategy

• Work together with the pitch team to manage new business projects and set up project schedules, allocate tasks to respective teams internally

• Co-ordinate closely with various teams and specialist capabilities inside PHD and OMG and constantly follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met during pitch process

• Constantly keep Pitch Leader updated on the overall pitch status

• Own the pitch deck with great eye for details and constant pursuit for perfection

• Stay connected to our HQ offices in Singapore and London, to adopt our global strategic guidelines and ensure consistency with local outputs for our general new business process, and as a key contact point during a multi-market pitch
