Responsibilities:
？Overall understanding of supplier base for all commodities
？Work with commodity buyer to define supplier strategy
？Strategic supplier sourcing & development, focus on bulk raw material
？Lead new supplier development together with supplier development team according to supplier Strategy
？Supplier base optimization and consolidation follow up
？Internal process creation & improvement
？Follow up targets deviations in the assigned commodity and create action plans to achieve the targets
？KPI report consolidation and actions follow up
？Finds inefficiencies in our work processes and initiate improvements.
？Works independently to prioritize tasks and plans the activities.
？Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:
？Bachelor degree in (Mechanical) Engineering or Business Administration, Master degree will be a plus
？8+ years’ experience within automotive and purchasing
？Strategic purchasing experience and thinking
？Good technical, analytical and organizational skills able to develop and drive clear processes
？Excellent stakeholder management skills are required
？Excellent interpersonal skills
？A flexible approach in order to achieve business goals
？An understanding of wider business issues
？Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
？Perfect PPT & Excel skill, very attention to detail
？Willingness to travel (30%).
