职位描述
1.负责应收账款结算审核；
2.负责与客户定期核对应收账款，出具对账单；
3.负责应收账款的跟进、催收，跟踪分析及预警；
4.负责将审核无误的费用单据按规定的会计核算科目编制、录入、生成记账凭证等相关事宜；5.完成上级交待的其它工作，协助配合其它部门做好沟通。
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历、金融、财经类专业；
2.3年以上应收会计工作经验，有地产或者零售行业及成本会计相关工作经验、操作过财务系统；
3.具有较强的独立学习和工作能力，工作踏实、认真仔细、积极主动。具备良好的沟通能力；
4.熟练使用Word、Excel等常用办公软件；
5.良好的职业道德操守，良好的团队合作意识，正直，诚信；职能类
