Main purpose of the position

This role will oversee sales operation in Weichai and take important the role to improve Weichai business for Dematic China by an efficient way to achieve the target.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively develop new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers by marketing, promoting and securing new order intake;
• Drive business to meet and exceed given sales targets;
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the customers. Seeks new target customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company;
• Conduct presentations to potential clients and be able to promote the strength of our services and applications and how they meet their requirements;
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers and to constantly explore further business opportunities with them;
• Increase Dematic market share by monitoring the sales and marketing activities of the competition and develop strategies to compete aggressively in the market;
• Provide support and follow up of all commercial issues on sales with customers;
• Evaluate and increase customer satisfaction level. Consolidate information from customers on product and service quality and failure;
• Following up on customer complaints and order changes;
• Providing sales forecast and analysis on Dematic’s competitiveness;
• Prepare sales and customer reports for management review;
• Monitor customers' order forecast and purchase orders;
• Present proposals and prepare quotations for customers and follow up with negotiations.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• At least 8 years ‘relevant work experience in material handling industry;
• Self-motivated working, responsible, honesty, good learning and communicate skill;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Good communication skills.
