职责描述：
- Knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to direct and coordinate human and material resources at all phases in a project: origination, initiation, planning, execution and control, and closeout. Balancing competing demands and mitigating risks to ensure an acceptable product is delivered to stakeholders and sponsors within budget, scope, time and quality standards.
- Familiarity with Project management principles, such as Waterfall and Agile (Scrum methodology).
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
- Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.
- Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverable is completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.
- Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.
- Can lead presale activities with sales, with preparing proposal, quotation, presentation etc.
- Knowledge in Automotive especially Car parts or Retail industry is a plus
- Ability to prepare, review and provide updated information for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, and other financial reports as required

任职要求：
- Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines
- Above 3 years Project Management experience
- Good knowledge on common IT software development process
- Gook knowledge on Data warehousing implementations
- Strong hold on Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts and DWH life-cycle
- Good experience of data warehouse projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Proven leadership and motivation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally
- Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Can maintain a high level of energy and engagement
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Working experience in multi-national company or multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills
- Good at reporting and presentation skills
